Our Burning Man camp was in full motion by Wednesday. The mutant animal zoo was constructed and our sno-kone stand was in service. We got put in a very house-y "neighborhood," just half a block from Pink Mammoth, so that put my in the mood to play more uplifting house music than trance or prog. We got great crowds of people during the hottest part of the day to sweaty-dance to the tunes while enjoying the rooftop shower across the street, look at the mutants, and munch on sno-kones.

Bio
DJ stuDLycaPs got his start by spinning at private dance events and producing a podcast online. Music from the podcast has been featured several times on Digitally Imported. As his musical style (a mix of trance, house, progressive, and electro) started to gain popularity, he started playing at a few small public venues such as Supperclub, Bliss Bar, and DaDa SF. At Burning Man, stuDLycaPs played at the "Paradise Motel" and "Comfort and Joy" camps, and was very well-received there. Successfully employed by a San Francisco-area technology company, stuDLycaPs DJs to satiate his love of electronic music and his passion for melodic, crowd-pleasing dance music.
